We understand that because you can’t feel our merchandise until you receive them we want to be sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. To remove the risk from purchasing online, FaithfulGear.com will cover the cost for returns sent through the United State Postal Service for standard mail on any merchandise purchased through FaithfulGear.com

Returns
All returned merchandise must be received by FaithfulGear.com prior to receiving a credit.

All FaithfulGear™ merchandise has been thoroughly hand and eye inspected for any defects or damage, once each item has cleared our QC inspection it is approved for shipping. We will not sell or ship any merchandise that contains damage or defect.

Exchanges
Should you need to exchange merchandise for a different size all you need do is return the incorrect size with a note as to which size you need and a replacement will be sent within 24 hours of our receiving your returned item. All exchange merchandise will be processed the day
it is received. The new outbound freight charges will be waived on the exchange.
